Madeira City School District students are invited to enter one piece of original color artwork in the district’s annual holiday greeting card contest telling the story of a favorite winter activity of the student or someone in their family or community. An assortment of cards to be sent out by the school board will be printed using each of the winning entries. See Our 20th Contest for everything you need to know!

Made in Madeira Scholarship

Every graduate of Madeira High School since 2018 has been eligible to receive the Made in Madeira scholarship on behalf of the estate of Homer Amos. See Made in Madeira for more.

Congratulations Cross Country Teams!

Congratulations Amazon and Mustang Cross Country teams on their runs to the state competition. Mustangs placed 15th at OHSAA State Meet and the Amazons placed 16th.

 
Our Superior Band!

The MHS Marching Mustangs received a Superior Rating #1 at the state competition in Columbus!

Class of 1950 Celebrates 75th

The Madeira High School’s Class of 1950 proved that school spirit never fades as they celebrated their 75th class reunion riding in decorated golf carts in the district’s annual Homecoming Parade. See Class of 1950 Celebrates Diamond Jubilee.

Congratulations!

Evan Cissell, Owen Donovan, and Ben Wetzel were named National Merit Semifinalists and will continue in the competition for nearly 7,000 scholarships. Silas Baird, Adam Harms, Ben Reed, Isabella Sammut, Scarlett Shonk, Shane Spencer, and Kane Temar were named National Merit Commended Scholars.
